#24New rule: § 18 No Non-Consensual Content
Non-consensual content is banned and consensual non-consent (CNC) is allowed. Whether anyone in the piece is shown suffering draws the line between open, controlled and banned. The controlled list gains a CNC entry.

Owners are Zuri, Cirrus and Nimbus. Teams are organized per platform, each with a Head Admin. Dess, Oggie, Ollie, Kalsie, Edu and Klauth left and Polymorph retired. Basil joins Discord Moderation as an admin and Reggie as a moderator.

The Network Rules become numbered clauses with an amendment log, with new clauses on ethnicity (§ 2.5, § 2.6), civility (§ 4.4, § 4.5), accepted IDs (§ 1.5), the controlled-content lists (§ 13) and limited ex post facto (§ 17).
