Most of what staff can moderate happens in the chats. A lot of what actually hurts people happens in private messages, where nobody else can see it. This page is for that gap: a short list of people whose behaviour pattern the team has seen evidence of and thinks you should know about before you find out the hard way.
Being on this list is not a ban, though some people on it are also banned. It is a warning, with the evidence the team based it on, so you can judge for yourself. Entries are added only by the owners, only with evidence, and only for patterns of behaviour, not for a single bad day. If you believe an entry is wrong, contact an owner.
If someone is doing this to you right now: you can stop replying. You do not owe anyone a reason for leaving a conversation. Forward the messages to a member of staff if you want them recorded (§ 4.2).
