This is the register of people banned from the network. It exists so that a ban is a matter of record, not rumour: who, when, and, where the team chooses to state it, why. A reason is optional; some bans are better left unexplained in public, and the absence of a reason is not an invitation to guess one. The Ban column reads Permanent or Until(date); the Date column is when it started. Temporary bans are removed from the register once they expire. Extra detail links to static evidence (usually a screenshot) where the team has chosen to publish it.

Bans are decided under the Network Rules and handled as described in the Moderation Strategy. Where a ban came out of a recorded incident, the incident is linked. Entries are added through pull requests, like everything else on this wiki, so every addition and removal has a visible history.

A ban can be appealed to the owners, who act as the judicial branch. An appeal is heard once; new facts may reopen it under § 17.3. Contact an owner via the Staff page.
